Cops need the public’s help in finding a man who assaulted and robbed a woman during a rotten rendezvous at a Bronx hotel.

Law enforcement sources said the incident took place at 11:14 p.m. on Jan. 4 inside the Best Western Stadium Plus Hotel located at 926 Sedgwick Ave., just a few blocks from Yankee Stadium.

Authorities said the 24-year-old female victim told them that she came to the hotel after arranging a meeting with an unidentified individual through the Plenty of Fish dating app. A law enforcement source familiar with the case said the nature of the meeting itself is under investigation.

Soon after checking in, cops said, the woman welcomed her date into her room. But things turned bad once the creep walked into the location.

Police said the individual pulled out a silver firearm and removed $100 in cash from the woman. He then forced her into the bathroom, where he struck her on the head with his gun, before fleeing the scene.

The incident was reported to the 44th Precinct. Cops said the victim suffered pain and head swelling, but refused medical attention at the scene.

On Jan. 9, the NYPD released video footage of the suspect. They described him as an adult male with a dark complexion, standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair.

Cops said he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white skeleton on the front and white lettering on the sleeves, along with brown pants and brown work boots.
