Cops need the public’s help in finding the bike-riding robber in the West Village who attacked and dragged a woman while stealing her property earlier this week.

The NYPD released security camera images of the suspect behind the robbery that occurred at 2:05 a.m. on Aug. 17 in the area of West Street and West 11th Street.

According to law enforcement sources, the bucket hat-wearing suspect rode a red bicycle up to the location and approached a 54-year-old woman there. He then forcibly removed the victim’s bag from her shoulder.

As he did so, police noted, the crook knocked her to the ground and briefly dragged her along the sidewalk. The suspect managed to shake loose and pedal away eastbound along West 11th Street, authorities said.

The incident was reported to the 6th Precinct. Police said the woman suffered minor injuries, but refused medical attention.
