Police are investigating a Chelsea shooting on Saturday night that left a man dead and two others injured.

Law enforcement sources said the gunfire erupted at about 10:19 p.m. on Nov. 12 in front of an apartment building at 541 West 25th St.

Officers from the 10th Precinct, in responding to a 911 call about shots fired at the location, found three victims, including a 42-year-old man — Rasithamar Grant of 149th Avenue in Queens — shot multiple times about the body.

EMS rushed Grant to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

EMS rushed them to Bellevue and Lenox Hill Hospitals, respectively, where they are listed in stable condition.

At this early point in the investigation, police sources did not have any available information regarding a possible motive for the shooting, or the circumstances leading up to the gunfire.
