A Village Halloween display keeps it political

BY TEQUILA MINSKY | The West Village’s Grove Street Court, a grouping of six brick-faced townhouses, has become a pumpkin patch. Easily spotted through the wrought iron fence are seven — with one letter carved on each to spell a word with a clear message: “I-M-P-E-A-C-H.”
