Beekman tower may look a little like this

Bruce Ratner plans to break ground on his Frank Gehry-designed tower on Beekman St. in the next 60 days. Although the developer insists the designs for the 75-story, mixed-use tower are not complete, several versions have been circulating in recent weeks including this one, which was first posted at Curbed.com. The glass tower will house residential apartments, a 25,000 sq. ft outpatient facility for New York Downtown Hospital and a 600-seat K-8 public school.
