The lights of Downtown will burn a little brighter this holiday season as new decorations were added to the rainbow Monday. Lights on 7 ships in Battery Park City’s North Cove will be on from 5:15 p.m. – 10 p.m. until 2006. The Harbor Lights program was organized by the New York Harbor Sailing Foundation and is sponsored by the New York Mercantile Exchange and the Battery Park City Authority.
