Chills, cupcake thrills and more at Halloween Parade

Pre-parade costume predictions that Snooki of “Jersey Shore” would be out in force at the Village Halloween Parade proved false. The forgotten Chilean miners were there, though, as were the “Thriller” dancers, along with Kristin Davis — the pot-and-prostitution-legalization candidate for governor, opposite page, below far right — as well as a pot princess, who could have voted for her.
