Animal Care & Control seeks 120 volunteers for a Dog Training Program July 30-31, at the 326 E. 110th St. shelter. Volunteers, 18 and older, will take the free two-day course to train dogs in basic behavior and commands. Successful trainees will take two more intensive training periods to become volunteers who work three hours weekly with the dogs and adopters.
