On April 8, actress Katie Holmes took her daughter Suri Cruise to dinner at Balthazar, on Spring St. in Soho, while filming on location for “Son of No One.” In a new anti-paparazzi tactic, Holmes’s bodyguard shone a special red light toward photographers, which is designed to disrupt their cameras’ ability to focus on their intended subject.
