PIXXX Times Square in the 1970s, a collection of more than 20 photos by Flo Fox, will be on display from Sept. 1-30 in the window of the Citibank branch at 717 Sixth Ave. at W. 23rd St.. Fox, 60, a photographer based in Chelsea, has been recording the defining images of the neighborhood and the city for decades.
