Faces of Halloween

West Village photographer William Alatriste can usually be found documenting the goings-on of the bold-name faces in the City Council. But on Monday night, he was out capturing revelers’ cold and creepy countenances at the Village Halloween Parade. For these shots, Alatriste explained, “I veered away from a photojournalistic approach, in favor of portraiture — lit very specifically.”
