Four busts at pot march

The Million Marijuana March for pot legalization in New York City last Saturday was a pretty mellow affair. There were only four arrests for minor violations, according to a police spokesperson. The marchers started at Houston St. and went down Broadway to Battery Park where they heard speakers and musical entertainment.
