The FBI released screenshots from a video of an individual known as John Doe 28 Wednesday in connection with alleged exploitation and sexual abuse of a child.
The video first came to the attention of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in November of 2012, according to the FBI.
The agency asks anyone with more information to contact their local FBI office.
