Transit cops in Midtown are looking for the pervert who pleasured himself in front of a 37-year-old woman on a Manhattan 7 train Sunday.

According to law enforcement sources, on May 12, the creep was on a Queens-bound train approaching the Fifth Avenue station when he approached the woman, unzipped his pants to expose himself and “performed a lewd act.”

When he lifted his shirt to perform the act, cops said,  the victim noticed a small silver hammer tucked into his pants, police said. During the disturbance, a passenger attempted to stop the incident, but the suspect immediately left the train once the doors opened.

Police said the victim reported the incident upon seeing police officers patrolling the platform.  The case was presented to the Midtown South Precinct and Transit District 1.

No injuries were reported as a result of the crime.

Police released a photo and video footage of the suspect on May 14. He is described as having a dark complexion and black dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a white button-down shirt over a gray button-down shirt, blue pajama pants and black boots. He also had a skateboard and black backpack.
