Councilmember Christine Quinn will hold a town meeting on the Chelsea Recreation Center on Wed., Dec. 10, at 6 p.m. at the Hudson Guild/Fulton Center at Ninth Ave. near 17th St. After over 30 years, the long-delayed Rec. Center on 25th St. is nearing completion and should be open by the end of January.
