One of the two remaining outstanding suspects in last month’s infamous Times Square assault on two cops was picked up by police on Tuesday.

The 17-year-old teenager, who remains unnamed due to his age, was part of a seven-person indictment announced that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced last week, yet whose role remained under seal because he had been on the lam.

Exactly one week later, police sources say, the NYPD Warrant Squad tracked the teen down at a hideout in the Bronx on Feb. 13, and took him into custody. He was charged with assault in the Midtown South Precinct at 6:41 p.m. that evening, authorities confirmed.

The now notorious instant unfolded on Jan. 27 outside of a Times Square migrant shelter when a cop and lieutenant arrived on West 42nd Street to disperse a large group assembled on the sidewalk. Video footage from the scene shows the officer grabbing Yohenry Brito — who was also indicted in the attack — and pushing him to the side of the building.

Minutes later, a brawl erupted as the cops tried to make an arrest. Both members of law enforcement were punched and kicked in the head.

“This assault, as it did to many of you, sickened me in outrage,” Bragg said last week. “As a lifelong New Yorker, I do not tolerate attacks on our police officers, and certainly I do not as Manhattan District Attorney.”

The 17-year-old joins Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, Wilson Juarez, Kelvin Servita Arocha, Yorman Reveron, and Yohenry Brito who are already apprehended and indicted. One of the seven indicted still remain at large.

Meanwhile, Gomez-Izquiel — following his release from custody — wound up being picked up in Queens Tuesday for allegedly shoplifting from the Macy’s store at the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst, police reported.

Deputy Commissioner for NYPD Operations Kaz Daughtry had some choice words for Gomez-Izquiel in a post on X (the platform formerly known as Twitter) on Wednesday.

“One of the migrants who assaulted our officers last week in Times Square is back at it again. This time he was part of a group that robbed a department store in Queens. They also assaulted an employee. Different borough, different crime — same disregard for the law. This is the last thing NYers need,” Daughtry wrote. “Hey Darwin, we see you — and you will be in handcuffs once again very soon.”
