New Yorkers are always going on about a new food trend or quirky exhibit. And we always write about those trending stories, but that doesn't mean we're not sick of them, too. Here are the top buzzy stories we wish were yesterday's news already. Museum of Ice Cream Photo Credit: Georgia Kral Is the Museum of Ice Cream the new "Hamilton?" If you haven't heard about this monthlong pop-up museum, shoot us an email with the address of the rock you've been living under because we want in. The museum sold out before it even opened, and people are losing their minds about the pool filled with sprinkles that you can't eat. The corpse flower Photo Credit: New York Botanical Garden The corpse flower, a smelly, slow-blooming flower, is all anyone's talking about this week. The flower, on display at the New York Botanical Garden, has its own live camera and is more or less the hipster equivalent of watching grass grow. The rare plant, which blooms over 24 to 36 hours, moves even slower than the line at the Museum of Ice Cream.
