Is the Museum of Ice Cream the new "Hamilton?" If you haven't heard about this monthlong pop-up museum, shoot us an email with the address of the rock you've been living under because we want in. The museum sold out before it even opened, and people are losing their minds about the pool filled with sprinkles that you can't eat.

The corpse flower, a smelly, slow-blooming flower, is all anyone's talking about this week. The flower, on display at the New York Botanical Garden, has its own live camera and is more or less the hipster equivalent of watching grass grow. The rare plant, which blooms over 24 to 36 hours, moves even slower than the line at the Museum of Ice Cream.

The Impossible Burger, a "bleeding" veggie burger, debuted at the perpetually buzzy Momofuku Nishi because vegetarians miss the taste of blood, but not the cow it came from.
