On Sat., Dec. 8, the victim of a stabbing at Kevin Nail Salon at 202 Clinton St. ran around the corner to Gouverneur Hospital at 227 Madison St., where she was bandaged up and readied for transport to Bellevue Hospital by an Emergency Medical Service team, above. The alleged perpetrator fled to an apartment at 62 Delancey St., where Emergency Service Unit officers took him into custody, right. Police reportedly said the suspect was an emotionally disturbed person whose violent outburst was caused by his going off his prescription medication. Below, while the E.S.U. officers spoke to the suspect as he was holed up inside the apartment, an officer secured a dog that had been running loose inside the building.
