Neighborly help for the M.T.A.

M20 bus traffic was blocked for about an hour on Harrison St. Monday when heavy winds knocked down construction barriers near Greenwich St. Buses were detouring to Jay St. until a group of good Samaritans moved the barrier out of the way.
