No crossing an old saw

Someone made creative use of an N.Y.P.D. sawhorse on Tribeca’s Cortlandt Alley, although there was no crossing through this wall. The New York Times reported in 2007 the sawhorses would be gradually phased out, but they have not been put out to pasture yet.
