Ziti, 14, a mini-dachshund from Soho — dressed as a hot dog, complete with yellow mustard squiggle on his back — was among the hundreds of dachshunds and their owners gathered in Washington Square Park Sat., April 24, at the 19th annual Dachshund Spring Fiesta. A biannual affair, there’s also a Dachshund Fall Fiesta in October.
