Police arrested and charged a man connected to a shooting at a Midtown recording studio in March that left a victim on the brink of death, authorities said.

While the motive for the shooting remains unclear, detectives tied 23-year-old Zykil Adamson to the violent incident, with the NYPD Warrant Squad picking him up on Tuesday.

Adamson was escorted out of the Midtown South Precinct in handcuffs on Tuesday afternoon as he headed to his arraignment hearing; he refused to answer amNewYork Metro’s questions regarding the incident.

Police sources said a 26-year-old man remains in serious condition after he was shot at around 12:30 a.m. on March 8 inside the Music Building — a Midtown music studio and rehearsal space in operation since the late 1970s, located on 8th Avenue between 38th and 39th streets.

The near-deadly shooting took place on the 11th floor, where many famous musicians are said to have performed, when Sidarius Davis was shot in the head.

Davis was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where doctors managed to save him; months later, reports suggest he remains in grave condition.

Adamson is charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
