The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man they say punched a subway conductor in the face Downtown on Oct. 26.
Police say that the at about 9:45 a.m. that day, the conductor of a southbound B train that had pulled into the Spring St. station stuck his head out the service window to check the platform when the as-yet unidentified perp punched him in the face for unknown reasons.
Police released a security video that shows the man they believe committed the assault.
