Village Reform Democratic Club is sponsoring a forum to look at the impact of the smoking ban after its first year. Panelists will include David Rabin, president of the New York Nightlife Association; and Representative Anthony Weiner of Brooklyn — who both oppose the ban — and representatives of the American Cancer Society and the Coalition for a Smoke-free City. State Senator Martin Connor will speak. The forum will be Tues., June 29, 7 p.m.-9:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Pompei Church, corner of Carmine and Bleecker Sts.
