Marking the 10th annual GoTopless Day, women gathered in Manhattan to stand up for their right to be shirtless in public on Saturday, which was also Women’s Equality Day.
In New York, it has been legal for women to be topless in public since 1992, but demonstrators hope to remove the stigma surrounding women’s breasts.
The parade, which included an all-women marching band, started on West 58th Street and Eighth Avenue and ended at Bryant Park.
