Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th president of the United States on Friday, but the inauguration festivities began a day earlier with a wreath-laying ceremony and welcome concert, among other events.

On Inauguration Day, Trump moved quickly from event to event, from the swearing-in ceremony to the parade and the celebratory balls that followed.
