Two men are in custody after a fight over bottles in Brooklyn got violent on Thursday afternoon.
According to police, at around 1:25 p.m. on July 7, two men got into an argument at East 93rd Street and Rutland Road. During the argument, one of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed the other in the back.
In an effort to fight back, the other man struck the assailant with a pipe. Both men, whose identities have not been released at this time, were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
A spokesperson for the NYPD confirmed that both men are being arrested in connection to the incident.
