A restored vintage Dornier 24ATT seaplane bearing the Philippines flag made a landing on the Hudson River by Battery Park on Sat., Aug. 27. The event was part of a bid to promote the Philippines as a tourist destination and raise funds for disadvantaged Filipino children.
