The death of a man who was found outside of a TV studio in Manhattan in December is being investigated as a homicide.

According to police, at 4:40 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2019, the NYPD responded to a 911 call regarding an unconscious man in front of Chelsea Television Studios, located at 221 West 26th St. Upon their arrival, officers were informed that the victim, 53-year-old Daniel Cunningham, was taken to Lenox Health Greenwich Village by EMS, where he was pronounced dead.
