No. 4 North Carolina held on to beat No. 13 Harvard, 67-65, on Thursday in the second round of the NCAA Tournament West Regional at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Fla. The Tar Heels advance to play Arkansas in the Round of 32.
