A new Major League Baseball season brings new hope for baseball fans, and for those Yankees fans making the trip to Yankee Stadium this year that also means plenty of new menu items to choose from.

Baseball fans visiting the Bronx will still see a number of their favorite food stands including Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson, Bobby Flay’s “Bobby’s Burgers,” Lobel’s, Mighty Quinn’s, Chickie’s & Pete’s, City Winery, The Halal Guys, Sumo Dog, Benihana, Oatly and Wings of New York. But they’ll also see some new names such as  Fuku, Mac Truck and cheesy garlic bread by Bronx-born celebrity chef Christian Petroni.

The biggest addition to the Yankee Stadium food lineup is the Aaron Judge-inspired 99 Burger, available in section 223, which features Wagyu beef patties, New School American Cheese, caramelized onions, secret sauce, brioche bun and dill pickles. Named in honor of the franchise’s 16th captain, Yankee stadium will only be selling a max of 99 of these burgers on game days.

Another new addition is Fuku, section 213, which has become a New York staple and has stands at Madison Square Garden, Barclays Center and Citi Field. Now, the fried chicken joint from chef David Chang opens up an enclave at Yankee Stadium serving its O.G. Spicy Chicken Sando and tenders and waffle fries.

Also coming to the Bronx is the famed Mac Truck from Dom Tesoriero. “Mac Truck specializes in selling premium mac & cheese with an array of fun toppings,” according to a release from the Yankees and the Yankee Stadium local will offer traditional mac & and cheese, along with buffalo chicken mac & cheese and Mexican street mac.

Celebrity chef Christian Petroni brings his cheesy garlic bread to sections 125 and 310 at the stadium.

Fans will also find a number of other new food items that include Pork & Broccoli Rabe Cheesesteak (Section 107), Chopped Crispy Chicken & Jalapeno Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak (Section 107), Bronx Burrito (Section 311), Flour tortilla, cheddar cheese, and a Veggie Bronx Burrito (Section 311).

City Winery in section 105 is adding a City Winery Burger to its menu. The new items is a custom blend burger, red wine caramelized onions, garlic herb cheese spread, baby arugula on a toasted brioche bun.

Bobby’s Burgers is adding the Bobby Blue + Bacon to its menu.
