For the fourth year, this week-long event takes place at restaurants and bars all over the world. Each participating venue chooses a charity that receives a portion of the proceeds for each Negroni sold. So get drinking. Not familiar with the Negroni? The classic Italian drink is a favorite of cocktail aficionados and is made with equal parts gin, sweet vermouth and Campari. Here's where to celebrate in NYC this week.
