The hit History Channel show “American Pickers” is returning to New York this summer to pick through the collections of New Yorkers throughout the state.

In August 2022, the show will be filming episodes for the new season of “American Pickers.” Mike Wolfe will hunt for America’s most valuable antiques in the New York area while learning the stories behind the pieces he and his team find.

For those who are unfamiliar with the show, Wolfe and his team on “American Pickers” travel across the country to find historically significant objects a new lease on life, buying them from the collector and giving them a home in the pickers’ business, Antique Archaeology, in Le Claire, Iowa, where it will be resold down the line. Along the way, the team meets the people who have been holding on to these collections for years as well as the fascinating tales that go with the items they find.

Collectors who are interested in being considered for the show can reach out by phone at (646) 493-2184 or email at AmericanPickers@cineflix.com, and must include their full name, city/state, contact information, and a brief description of their collection. The pickets only pick from private collections, so no stores, malls, flea markets, museums, auctions, businesses, or anything open to the public will be considered.

“American Pickers” airs at 9 p.m. on The History Channel.
