“Scandal” star Kerry Washington and her husband, former NFL pro Nnamdi Asomugha, reportedly have added to their family.
E! News said Tuesday that the Emmy-nominated actress, 39, and Asomugha, 35, welcomed their second child, Caleb Kelechi Asomugha, on Oct. 5. Their representatives did not confirm, and neither Washington nor Asomugha has commented on social media.
The couple, who wed quietly on June 24, 2013, in Blaine County, Idaho, already have a daughter, Isabelle Amarachi, born in April 2014.
Washington, who has two Emmy nominations for her drama series, also was up this year for both lead actress and a producer of the nominee for outstanding made-for-television movie “Confirmation,” in which she played Anita Hill, an attorney and Supreme Court confirmation-hearing witness.
