“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” is coming back for round three in May, but that’s not even the best part.
Titus Andromedon (Tituss Burgess), basically queen of the Netflix show, goes full-on Beyoncé in the third season’s new teaser trailer, posted to YouTube on Monday.
Titus, seemingly in his own music video, is seen strolling through the city streets donning a yellow dress and holding a baseball bat while singing Queen Bey’s “Hold Up,” a hit track off her album “Lemonade.”
Nothing can stop this diva, not even Kimmy Schmidt who interrupts his Bey-inspired parody.
“Kimberly, use your key — I’m Lemonade-ing,” he yells from inside their apartment when Kimmy (Ellie Kemper) knocks at the door.
This perfect teaser clip leaves us hoping for a season full of plenty more Beyoncé-inspired moments.
“Join the formation” when the series returns on May 19.
