The New York Comedy Festival celebrates 20 years of laughs this November

Prepare for 10 consecutive days full of laughter with the largest and longest running annual comedy festival in the U.S.

This year, The New York Comedy Festival is turning 20 years old and to celebrate from Friday, November 8 to Sunday, November 17 of 2024, the festival will bring more than 200 comedians to perform in more than 100 shows at venues throughout the five boroughs.

Get ready for the likes of Judd Apatow, Jeff Acuri, Dave Attell, Zarna Garg, How Did This Get Made?, Gabriel Iglesias, I’ve Had It, Joe List, Bill Maher, Matt McCusker, Tracy Morgan, Nurse John, Ms. Pat, Adam Ray is Dr. Phil, The Rest is History and many others that will also be headlining.

As per tradition, the festival will offer a diversified programming that goes beyond stand-up comedy. 

Guests will have the opportunity to attend sketch and improv performances, panel discussions, intimate conversations with comedy legends, talent competitions, star-studded fundraising galas, film screenings, live podcast tapings, interactive partner activations and others.  

“At a time when we need laughter more than ever, we are thrilled to ‘make New York Laugh’ once again,” said Caroline Hirsch, founder and owner of the New York Comedy Festival.

Presale for tickets for Unity by Hard Rock members begins Wednesday, July 17 at 11 a.m. until Friday, July 19 at 10 p.m.

The general public will be able to purchase tickets starting Monday, July 22 at 11 a.m. at nycomedyfestival.com.
