Exercise With Your Child Week in NYC: 5 classes to try

Attention, parents. This week, instead of working out solo, why not bring your kid? In honor of Exercise With Your Child Week, running now through Aug. 9, here are a few ways moms and dads can spend time with their little ones while also imparting the importance of a healthy lifestyle. This hour-long fitness program burns 250-500 calories through cardio intervals, strength training and body toning exercises that incorporate the stroller, which can be scaled up or down depending on post-pregnancy needs.
