An 18-year-old man faces murder charges for fatally stabbing a rival in the Bronx on Sunday in a dispute over an estranged girlfriend, law enforcement sources said.
Police said Dustin Dominicci, 18, repeatedly stabbed his 19-year-old male foe in the chest in front of an apartment building on Simpson Street near East 163rd Street just before 6 a.m. on Dec. 8.
Officers from the 41st Precinct responded to a 911 call about the incident and found both the victim and Dominicci with stab wounds.
Paramedics rushed the victim to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police have withheld his identity, pending family notification.
Dominicci was brought to Lincoln Hospital and listed in stable condition. Cops later arrested him on charges of murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon.
