No charges have been filed against a driver who fatally struck a 72-year-old woman as he drove a vehicle off of a Brooklyn auto dealership lot on Thursday afternoon.

Police said the incident happened at about 3:20 p.m. in front of the dealership at 8910 4th Ave. in Bay Ridge.

According to law enforcement sources, Carol Langdon, 72, of 36th Street in Borough Park was fatally struck as she walked in front of the dealership on the sidewalk.

Cops said the driver, a 29-year-old man, pulled a white 2021 Volkswagen Atlas forward to exit the sidewalk at Forest Place when he hit Langdon. He stopped his vehicle and remained at the scene.

Officers from the 68th Precinct responded to the incident. EMS rushed Langdon to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where she was pronounced dead.
