Killer sought for fatally shooting Brooklyn man near public housing complex

Detectives continue to investigate the murder of a 22-year-old man outside a public housing complex in Brooklyn on Monday afternoon.

Officers from the 76th Precinct and NYPD PSA 1 found Conrad Waterton, 22, shot in the head in front of the Red Hook Houses at 493 Columbia St. at about 2:38 p.m. on Dec. 14.

Paramedics rushed him to NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. 

Waterton lived in the Red Hook Houses only steps away from where he was found shot on Monday, according to police.

So far, no arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation, NYPD sources said.
