Bloomberg asks Koch to do intro

Former Mayor Ed Koch told The Villager that Mayor Michael Bloomberg has personally asked Koch to introduce him before he speaks at the Republican National Convention, meaning Koch would get to speak a bit himself. However, Koch, a lifelong Democrat, said it’s up to a committee, not the mayor, as to who gets to speak at the R.N.C.
