An open house forum will be held Monday night to offer in-depth information about the continuing deconstruction of the former Deutsche Bank building at 130 Liberty St. Representatives from the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, outside consultants, contractors, project managers and related regulatory agencies will attend. Various stations will highlight areas of concern including emergency and safety response, construction management, air monitoring and environmental compliance and community outreach. The forum will begin at 6 p.m. and be held at the Marriott Financial Center, 95 West St.
