Deutsche’s neighbors speak out

Pat Moore, a Community Board 1 resident who lives near the former Deutsche Bank building, said that after a pipe fell into a firehouse, officials’ initial instinct was to build a shed to protect the tourists visiting the site rather than everyone including nearby residents.
