DoorDash and Caviar are breaking the limitations of local delivery and are expanding their delivery service to nationwide shipping.
With this update, DoorDash now can deliver all kinds of known deliciousness from state to state such as Carlo’s Bakery (95 Washington St, Hoboken, NJ), Katz’s Delicatessen (205 E Houston St, New York, NY), Momofuku, Get Maine Lobster (48 Union Wharf, Portland, ME), and Carbone Fine Food. To add on, there will be some local celebrity places such as Big Shakes Hot Chicken (1203 Murfreesboro Rd #185, Franklin, TN), Chocolate and the Chip (705 Vesta St, Inglewood, CA) and more.
In celebration, DoorDash is happy to announce Sweet Potato Dream Cake created by Buddy Valastro himself at Carlo’s Bakery. The pie is a mix of velvety sweet potato pie base topped with a spiced sweet potato cake, a sweet potato casserole, covered in crunchy pecan oat crumble and as icing on the cake, toasted marshmallows. If you would like to try it out you can visit the Carlo’s Bakery Pop-Up via the shipping carousel on DoorDash.
And there is more for Thanksgiving. Big Shake’s Hot Chicken will be offering Deep-Fried Turkeys from Chef Big Shake, Shawn Davis, exclusive to DoorDash customers. For pasta lovers, DoorDash opens up an opportunity to try cooking their own pasta with Italian restaurant Carbone, which is offering a kit on Caviar will include Carbone Fine Food sauces, dried pasta, an apron, recipe cards, and access to a video cooking demo by Mario Carbone.
