Drawing Downtown’s line

As part of her “High Water Line” art project on July 27, Eve S. Mosher marked the high water line on Pine St., about 20 feet west of Water St. The line represents where some scientists predict the Lower Manhattan landscape would be changed because of global warming. Mosher’s line went through Wall St., Battery Park and would have gone through the World Trade Center site if it were open.
