The Fifth Precinct Community Council will meet Wed. Oct. 26 at 8 p.m. at the precinct , 19 Elizabeth St. Police will give precinct crime statistics, report on quality of life conditions and answer questions from the audience. The precinct covers Chinatown, Little Italy and part of the Lower East Side. It extends from the east side of Broadway to the west sides of Allen and Pike Sts. and from East Houston St. down to Frankfort St. south of Brooklyn Bridge and the East River.
