Harlem man found dead with hands and feet bound

A 59-year-old man was found dead in his Harlem apartment Thursday with his hands and feet bound, police said.

The man, who was not identified, was tied up with a telephone chord inside the 126th Street apartment between First and Second avenues.

He was discovered just after 9:20 a.m., police said.

The circumstances surrounding his death were not immediately clear.
