On Mon., Jan. 12, in front of the Israeli Consulate, at 800 Second Ave. at 42nd St., Jews protested against Israel’s assault on Gaza. “Not in our name!” they yelled, calling for an end to the “massacre” of Palestinians. They demanded an immediate ceasefire and withdrawal of Israeli troops, an end to the blockade of Gaza and immediate steps to end the “occupation” of all Palestinian territory.
