Join in the fun at Coney Island’s Children’s Halloween Festival and Parade

Trick or treat! Bring your kids to spend a fun day together at the 11th annual Children’s Halloween Festival and Parade on Coney Island. 

 The fun will take place on October 30 from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Maimonides Park, located at 1904 Surf Avenue. Free admission and safety of this event are guaranteed, all guests and employees will wear a mask and maintain social distance. 

The program for this event will include magic shows, bounce houses, caricature art, arts-and-crafts, and a special performance by Brooklyn United Marching Band. 

All guests will be automatically enrolled in costume contests and a chance to win prizes in the following categories: Best Group Costume, Most Creative Costume, Best Handmade Costume, and lastly, Best Overall Costume.

Want to join the parade? Registration will begin at 10:30 am at the Parade location. Children from 3-14 year old must arrive in a costume and a presence of an 18 or older adult with them in order to enter. Everybody ages 3-14 years old who will be participating in the parade automatically gets a two-hour unlimited free pass ride wristband for Luna Park in Coney Island which will be available immediately after the Parade down the historic Riegelmann Boardwalk.
