Peking Opera star Master Song Chang Rong, 70, made his grand entrance at the Museum of Chinese in the Americas Saturday after spending hours getting dressed as a woman, above and at left. Master Song, considered a legendary performer from China, is one of a diminishing number of opera stars who practivce Nan Dan, where males play the female roles.
